Beautiful rooms, great atmosphere and magnificent gardens. Jenny and Peter were very warm and welcoming hosts. We had a fabulous time sitting in the village street on a warm night, eating and drinking, listening to Andrea Bocelli and chatting with the other guests and Jenny and Peter. Soaking up the atmosphere just like we were in Italy!

We have just spent an amazing two nights with friends at Guestlands . Thank you to Pete and Jen for sharing your beautiful home and gardens,just spectacular . We were looked after by the delightful manager Michele during our stay she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time . Pizza making on the Tuesday evening was fun and delicious . Ours rooms were spotless clean with crisp white linen on very comfy beds, views across the gardens and lake . Five star, will definitely recommend to friends and family . Thanks again Anita

Oh where to start! My husband and I spent the first part of our honeymoon at Guestlands with the lovely Jen & Pete and it was nothing but perfection. The generosity, ambience and opportunity of Guestlands is second to none and best experienced over a 3 night stay. There is just so much to take in and enjoy, it is worth every minute and every penny. A huge thank you to Jen and Pete for allowing us to kick off our honeymoon in a truely romantic, exciting and unique way. We will be back and are blessed to have found you both and the gorgeous Guestlands.

Why go to Italy where a short trip to Arcadia brings Italy to you. Most magnificent place, gardens and accommodation. Jenny and Peter made us feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone wanting a romantic and peaceful stay.

I shared this experience with my partner for my Birthday in February. What an absolutely beautiful place where you feel like you are in an Italian village. Everything about this place is beautiful from the villas, the location, the amenities.. right down to the beautiful hosts Peter and Jen. They are a lovely couple and provided us with such hospitality and very welcoming. We loved staying there and enjoyed the experience. I had the most beautiful stay here at Guestlands. Jenny and Pete are incredible hosts. Their home will transport you to beautiful Italy. Their garden is perfectly manicured. I loved making our own breaky. Lots of yummy goodies in the kitchen for you to enjoy. They have this luxe monopoly board that we spent the afternoon playing! (and drinking) Jenny also gave us restaurant recommendations to the Chef’s secret which was amazing! Pizza night with Pete and Jenny + all the guests was so much fun! 😊✨🍕

Grazie Jenny and Pete for a wonderful weekend, you have both done an amazing job with Guestlands!!! You made Leila and I feel very welcome and looked after before we even arrived with your constant communication and suggestions on where to go and what to eat. I can't recommend Guestlands enough, you won't regret booking a couple of nights here, Arcadia feels so detached from suburbia it really does feel like you've left the country.

A very warm welcome from the hosts in a beautiful, tranquil atmosphere with extensive gardens, free-roaming resident chickens, a duck family that calls the large pond home, and a large & inviting swimming pool to compliment a relaxing & restorative stay in Tuscany without ever leaving Oz, we'd highly recommend a stay, alas, we only had a few hours to browse.❤️🇮🇹

Guestlands is 45 minutes' drive from our home in Sydney and yet next thing we were walking along winding cobbled streets with an authentic Italian village feel to our beautiful villa. The five acres of gardens are an absolute joy to wander in or to sit watching the ducks and their sweet ducklings feeding in the pond. What an amazing location! Our daughter had her proposal & engagement at this spectacular location. The well manicured grounds are offset by the nostalgic rustic Tuscan feel. Immaculate attention to detail in every aspect inside & out. The wonderful hosts Jenny & Pete were so welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely stunning guest house . Everything was sparkling and the amenities were all perfect. Really comfortable bed and beautiful linen sheets make for a wonderful nights sleep.The view was great, especially from our balcony. We will definitely stay again. Perfect getaway and really feels like your back in a town of Italy . Jen and Pete amazing people and service was priceless. The experience is unforgettable .

Guestlands is a little wonderland just outside of the big city. The best decision my husband and I did was book Guestlands for our wedding night and couple days to follow. After the hustle and bustle, of our big wedding we relaxed at this magical place. We were looked after like royalty. We want to be able to return for every anniversary. Truly a special place in my heart. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Decor makes you feel like you are no longer in Sydney.
